Jay's apartment features in only a few entries of Season 1, as Jay reveals footage of unusual occurances after he began filming himself 24/7. It is burnt down at the end of Season 1, presumably by Alex (since Alex also burns down Tim's house in Season three), and Jay is left homeless - sleeping either in his car or in hotels as he continues his investigation.
